SURVEY OF THE 2014 POLYTECHNIC GRADUATES AND EMPLOYER SATISFACTION

The Polytechnic is carrying out a World Bank Skills Development Project (SDP) to increase access to higher education. One of the requirements of the SDP is to conduct a tracer study for its 2014 graduates and an employer satisfaction survey. Therefore, the college kindly requests your participation.

OPENING OF THE 2016/2017 ACADEMIC YEAR

The Polytechnic would like to inform its Continuing Students that SENATE has approved end of year results for the 2014/15 Academic Year. Students can access their examination results through their SMIS account and campus notice boards. Students who owe the college shall access their results ONLY AFTER CLEARING THEIR DEBTS.

Supplementary Examinations shall be administered during the week beginning 26th September 2016.

Opening date for First Students is 3rd October 2016 and for Continuing Students is 10th October 2016.

Let’s translate plans into actions for country’s socio-economic development – Prof. Khomba

The newly inaugurated Finance and Corporate strategy Professor, James Kamwachale Khomba of the Polytechnic has urged Malawians to translate brilliant plans they have into action in order to turn around the country’s economic stand.

Professor Khomba, made the remarks on Friday during the 23rd University of Malawi Professorial inaugural lecture in Blantyre. .

The University of Malawi invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to enroll into non-residential Diploma and Certificate programmes which are scheduled to commence in Blantyre at the Polytechnic campus in November 2016 and February 2017.

Each Diploma programme takes a minimum of three years to complete while the Certificate programme has a minimum duration of one year.
