All registrations (regardless of mode of payment) have to be submitted online.
Note: registration cannot be confirmed until payment has been received

Note: This option is only available in Malawi via point of sale terminals in the banks.

3. Visit a point of sale terminal in the bank
4. Follow the instruction for the terminal and enter the account details as given below.
5. You will receive confirmation of your payment and registration once received.
Bank transfer payment
1. Complete the enrolment form and select the payment mode as ‘bank transfer’

3. An invoice will be generated and sent to you by e mail.
4. Print a copy of the invoice and send it together with proof of payment to the following fax number +265 (0) 1877592 marked for the attention of the ‘Secretariat, All Africa Environmental Health Congress’
5. When your bank transfer has been received by the bank you will receive the registration confirmation by e mail.
Bank Draft payment
1. Complete the enrolment form and select the payment mode as ‘Bank draft’

3. An invoice will be generated and sent to you by e mail.
4. Please issue the draft to the 2nd All Africa Environmental Health Congress’
5. Indicate your name, telephone number and e mail on the back of the draft.
6. Print a copy of the invoice and mail together with the bank draft to Secretariat, 2nd All Africa Environmental Health Congress, WASHTED, Private Bag 303, Chichiri, Blantyre 3, Malawi, Central Africa.
7. Once your cheque has been cleared by the bank you will receive the registration confirmation by e mail.

Cancellation and Refunds
Requests for cancellations received on or before the 20th April 2010 will be refunded 80% of the payment
Requests for cancellations received from 21st April until May 5th 2010 will be refunded 50% of the payment
There will be no refunds from 6th May 2010.
