This service includes:

  • The provision and management of an enterprise calendaring application.
  • A process for provisioning of staff and subsequent de-provisioning.
  • Advice on configuration and synchronization of handheld devices.
  • Escalated support from the service desk.

Please note this service does not include:

  • The purchase of personal devices.
  • Support for restores of individual data, data protection is for disaster recovery purposes only.
