Training in Business Applications

Training is provided in the use of applications that support the critical business processes of the Polytechnic. This includes but is not restricted to Online Learning, Student Information System and records management systems.
Service Provisions :
This service includes:
  • Liaison with specialists from business areas over business processes, content and training environments.
  • Liaison with technical specialists on the setup and configuration of suitable training environments.
  • A schedule of training courses provided online.
  • A process for staff and students to enroll into courses.
  • Face to face (classroom-based) delivery of training related to business applications.
  • Development and maintenance of training materials and guides to ensure currency with the Polytechnic ICT environment.
  • Escalated support from the service desk for training related issues.
  • Please note this service does not include:
  • The delivery of training to undergraduate students.
