The
Polytechnic Boosts of numerous workshops. These workshops
are mainly used by students persuing engineering related
programmes, however they are extensively used for other
purpose. For instance some are used for carrying out maintenace
work around the campus, craft realated designs and servicing
of staff and college properties.
The
Polytechnic printing center has just recently been established.
It is housed and run byt the jounalism department. Currently
they are not in operation however it is hoped that soon
it will fully be functional and act as a printing center
for all the college and the public.
The
cafeteria provides meals to all normal entry students
and any other students (Parallel and Mature students)
who have purchased meal coupons. these are three course
meals that are specially prepare to meet specific diet
standards.
Parallel
and Mature entry students can purchase meal books at considerable
cost.
