Admission Criteria Requirements

Normal Entry

• A candidate with a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE), “O” Level, IGCSE, or GCE with 6 credits including English, Mathematics and Science (Physical Science, Physics or Chemistry) can be admitted into the programme at year one. 

Mature Entry

• A candidate with an A Level qualification of a minimum grade of “C” in Physics, Chemistry and Drawing with Advanced Diploma in Engineering programs from a reputable institution with a 2-year experience
• Candidates with a BSc Degree in related Engineering Programs or Diploma in Engineering programs from a reputable institution or Malawi Board of Governors, Diploma in Engineering fields with 2 years’ experience will be assed by the admission office to determine their entry level/year.
